Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after the order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Drink ’Em Oats is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Drink ’Em Oats is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you toward a resolution.
