At Drink ’em Oats, we want to make the purchase process clear and simple for our customers. This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work for one-time purchases, subscriptions, pre-orders, and other purchase options offered through www.drinkemoats.com.

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases are processed shortly after an order is placed. If you need to cancel a one-time order, please contact us as soon as possible at drinkemoats@gmail.com

We will do our best to cancel the order before it is processed or shipped. However, once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Subscription Purchases

If Drink ’Em Oats offers subscription purchase options, customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account or by contacting us at drinkemoats@gmail.com

To avoid being charged for the next subscription order, cancellations must be completed before the next scheduled billing date. If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped before cancellation, that order cannot be canceled.

Canceling a subscription stops future recurring charges but does not automatically cancel or refund orders that have already been processed.

Pre-Orders

If Drink ’em Oats offers pre-order purchase options, customers may request to cancel a pre-order before the order has been processed for fulfillment.

Once a pre-order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Order Changes

If you need to make changes to an order, including shipping address updates, flavor selections, quantity changes, or purchase option changes, please contact us immediately at drinkemoats@gmail.com

We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Refunds After Cancellation

If an eligible order is successfully canceled before processing or shipment, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank, card provider, or payment processor to complete the refund once it has been issued.

Failed or Declined Payments

For subscription or recurring purchase options, if a payment fails or is declined, the order may not be processed until payment is successfully completed. Drink ’em Oats reserves the right to cancel any order or subscription if payment cannot be processed.

Product Availability

Drink ’em Oats reserves the right to cancel any order or purchase option due to product availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or other fulfillment concerns. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a refund if payment has already been collected.
